Landscape Design

Utah soil is heavy, alkaline, and unforgiving of plants that were picked from a catalog. A yard that looks good in year one and still looks good in year five starts with choosing things that actually want to live here.

We design and build the whole thing — grading, beds, boulders, hardscape edges, and planting — so drainage, irrigation, and plant choice are all solving the same problem instead of fighting each other.

What's Included

Design and layout
A plan for the whole yard, or the one part of it that's driving you crazy. Either is fine.
Grading and drainage
Getting water away from the foundation and out of the spot where it always puddles.
Beds, boulders, and edging
Defined bed lines, set stone, and edges that hold instead of migrating into the lawn.
Water-wise planting
Plants matched to Utah's climate and your yard's exposure — less water, less replacement, less fuss.
Post-removal restoration
The landscape that goes back in after a tree comes out. Same crew, one number.

How It Goes

  1. 01

    Inspect

We walk the yard with you, look at sun, slope, soil, and drainage, and find out how you actually use the space.

  2. 02

    Plan

A layout and a written scope — what goes where, what it costs, and what order it happens in.

  3. 03

    Execute

Grade, build, plant, mulch, and walk it with you at the end so you know how to keep it alive.
